Claire hosted a great little shindig today! We went with a simple "pink" theme for her 1st birthday party. All the food was pink, even her cherry flavored cake. She loved having her family around to celebrate and we enjoyed watching her experiment with her foot in the cake. ( The mess didn't phase me at all because I spread out a plastic tarp on the floor so she could be as wild as she wanted.) She even got to take a bath immediately afterwards and play with some of her new bath toys that she received as gifts. Perfect!

This is stunning! This should be on our favorite 'party perfect' blog! Every detail is so lovely- all the way down to the piping on the cake. And since you made it, I know it was delicious too!
