We had a great Christmas Day! Micah was still too young to understand what the heck was going on but enjoyed all the gifts nonetheless. ( Why question it, right?) He got lots of cars and books and clothes... as well as his 1st guitar! His aunt Adri is committed to teaching him from a young age and they got started with a mini lesson right away. Lets just say he'll need some practice.
My sister Grace is visiting with us this Christmas and has been a trooper enduring the -5 degree weather. We have tried to hibernate as much a possible but we did manage to venture out this week to take Micah to Chuck E Cheese. It was his 1st time so he wasted no time getting to know the place. To my delight he really enjoyed playing the video games without actually having to use his tokens to start the games. He also won 3 tickets and quickly discarded them. ( We will have to teach him the value of saving his tickets!)

To finish Christmas Day all us girls went to a movie and celebrated the way we always do on Christmas... in our pajamas! We wore our slippers and pj's in the theatre then snuggled up under a blanket and ate our snacks. It's a perfect way to end the day with a warm and fuzzy feeling!

He is just picture perfect! What a sweet boy he is!
Glad you had a fun Christmas! Ian's parents avoided your -5 temps and joined us in Utah.
